Clause 1 — Interpretation and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the my4d365 platform and uses it for gaming or betting purposes.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

my4d365's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Clause 10 — Account Suspension and Closure
